DUE TO NEW UK GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT EXPORT ANY TELESCOPIC SIGHT OVER 4 MAGNIFICATION

We can supply non-FAC air rifles (up to 12 ft lbs power) and non-FAC pistols (up to 6 ft lbs) to most of the destinations below (please check Restrictions info for each country). We do not require any further documentation to do so.
We cannot, at present, send any FAC-rated air rifles to any overseas destination.
Due to the conditions of our carrier, TNT, we cannot ship pellets or a telescopic sight in the same parcel as an air rifle or pistol. If your order includes a rifle/pistol and pellets, we will have to send the pellets separately and charge accordingly for delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXPORT OF AIR RIFLES
In some circumstances, in order to send an air rifle, we have to remove the stock from the rifle action and pack them in the same box. If we have to do this with your order, we will inform you by email. It is very simple to assemble your rifle once you have received it.
Please note that it takes longer to process an overseas order
Most export orders have to be picked and weighed so that we can email the customer with the cost of delivery (with the exception of small orders with low postage cost).
This cost must then be approved by the customer before we proceed with the order.
If the customer is paying by bank transfer, we then email all the information required to make the payment. Bank transfers usually take 3-5 working days to arrive in our account.
Every credit card transaction is verified to check the card details are registered to the name and address supplied. This process can take up to 48 hours for an overseas address.
Please be sure to supply us with the registered name and address for the credit card being used - this will be your address as it appears on your credit card/bank statement.
This address check service costs us £4.50. Therefore, if the address check we run concludes that the name or address supplied are completely different, we will have to charge £4.50 per subsequent address check to verify your details.
Once we have received payment, we take extra care with packaging export orders - pre-charged rifles will be emptied of air, all items are inspected meticulously and tested and all items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with the reference number for your parcel.
Please be aware that once your order leaves the UK, we have very little control over the time it takes to arrive.
Most parcels sent by TNT to Europe take 3-5 working days to arrive. Mainland Europe destinations usually take only 3 days.
Parcels sent by International Signed For post service can take longer. Mainland Europe destinations usually take 1 week to arrive. Farther destinations can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.
There are occasional delays due to customs checks and courier delays. If you are prepared to take these delays into account, we will be happy to take your order and will do our best to supply your goods as quickly as possible.
Delivery Costs
Export orders fall into two categories for postage costs:
Less Than 2kg Packed Weight
If your order is less than 60cm length and less than 2kg in weight when packed, we will send your package via
International Signed For post service.
For example, a packet weighing 500grams will cost approx £8.50 to send. A packet weighing 1kg with a value less than £250 will cost approx £13.50 to send.
To reduce the lead time on small value orders sent via International Signed For post, it is company policy to calculate and charge the postage cost without prior contact.
If you would like an exact cost of postage for your order, please email us and we will be happy to send you a quote by return.
More Than 2kg Packed Weight
If your order weighs more than 2kg, we must send it via TNT Economy Express service.
TNT calculate the weight of a parcel on mass or volumetric weight, whichever is the greatest.
For example, an average order for a rifle weighs 8kg when packed. This will cost approx £43 to send to central Europe on a 3-5 working day delivery.
If you would like an exact cost of postage for your order, please email us and we will be happy to send you a quote by return.
Methods of Payment For Export Orders
For most export orders we will require payment by Bank Transfer of PayPal.
Once we receive your order, we will email you with the information you will need to make your payment.
If you become a regular and trusted customer of ours, you may decide if you would prefer to pay for your orders by credit card. This arrangement can be discussed with us by email once an order history has been acheived.
