Smoother, quicker, sweeter, more accurate, more refined, better mannered....
Just a few of the descriptions customers give us of their rifles after fitting a V-Mach tuning kit. A V-Mach tuning kit is probably the best sixty five quid you can spend on a spring rifle to improve its performance.
The kit comprises a F1 Powr-Lok spring with a PTFE top hat piston guard and spring guide, Powr-Pulse piston seal, pre-compression washers for power adjustment if required, Moly gun grease and Moly gun oil.
The kit is supplied with fitting instructions, and is a viable DIY project for those with a technical mind and some experience of servicing guns. Otherwise, V-Mach recommend employing a gunsmith to fit the kit.

These kits can be supplied to Export customers in countries whose laws allow the power levels without a licence.
These kits can only be supplied in the UK to an FAC-holder with the correct rifle on their certificate to correspond with the tuning kit they are purchasing. This can only be supplied either face to face on production of a Firearm Certificate or by post to another Registered Firearms Dealer.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR AIR ARMS PRO-SPORT KITS
Air Arms changed the size of the piston seal in the Pro-Sport rifle in the year 2000. Please choose the appropriate kit for the age of your Pro-Sport. If you are in any doubt as to the age of your rifle, you can contact Air Arms HERE quoting the serial of your rifle and they will tell you.
AVAILABILITY We are aiming to keep regular stock of all the most popular kits. V-Mach are currently upgrading the Air Arms tuning kits to include the Powr-Pulse Piston Seal and we are expecting these in stock in the next 2 weeks. Please note, we sell what is called the mid-power FAC kit, which produces about 18-20ft/lb in .22 in the Diana 52. The highest power spring is less accurate and will stress the action on the gun and probably damage the cocking linkages. We will supply a highest power spring but with the caveat there is no warranty on accuracy or damage caused.

V-Mach Hybrid C-Form Piston Seal For FAC rifles
We wanted to say something intelligent about these fancy piston seals... but we could not quite manage it on our own... so we thought we may as well ask the man who designs them to say something. So, Steve Pope of V-Mach said...
This Seal is cold-formed and manufactured from advanced materials, which possess valuable properties that cannot be replicated by the usual injection moulding process.
Benefits of the Hybrid C-Form Piston Seal include:
- greater efficiency, on average requiring one less coil of mainspring for the same muzzle energy than earlier Powr-Pulse versions
- improved consistency through wide temperature variations
- improved piston acceleration, resulting in faster lock-times
- greater resistance to dieseling or minor surface damage
- excellent resistance to wear, even after extended use
