When shooting in bright conditions  like sunshine , over snow or water , Honeycomb sunshades reduce glare and helps to cut down internal reflections. They also stop reflections from the objective lens reaching the game, making you more covert in hunting situations. Due to their design they are only 9mm deep.

The Sidewinder 30mm body tube encompasses a high quality optical system with Edge To Edge coated glass to provide sharp, bright and high resolution viewing in all light conditions.
Each scope configuration is available in a choice of reticles - Mil-Dot true at 10x mag or Hawke SR6/SR12
Illuminated Reticle means you can keep the reticle standard black for daytime shooting and illuminate Red or Green for low light conditions. 
5 brightness settings for each colour.
Side-mounted rheostat can also be used easily once sidewheel is fitted.
The 1/4 M.O.A. sniper style turrets are locking and can be easily re-set if necessary.
All Sidewinder scopes come with a large 100mm side wheel to enhance range-finding, a sunshade for overly bright conditions and covers to protect the outer lenses.
